GB 11550-2009 "Automobile seat headrest strength requirements and test methods" : This standard specifies the static strength test method of automobile seat headrest in detail, including test equipment, test conditions, test steps and evaluation of test results. This standard is the main basis of static strength test of car seat headrest in China.

ECE R17 and R21 and other Economic Commission for Europe （ECE） regulations: These regulations also contain static strength requirements for car seat headrests and apply to automotive products in the European market. While the details may differ from GB 11550-2009, the overall requirements are similar.

Test speed: Although the static strength test is mainly concerned with the measurement of load and displacement, the tester usually has a certain test speed control function to adapt to different test needs. The test speed can usually be adjusted within a certain range, such as 10-30 times/minute.
