ADWFC-12P Reciprocating Cylinder Method Dissolution Sampling Collection System

Reciprocating cartridge dissolution meter for in vitro dissolution pH profile analysis by simple programming to simulate biologically relevant temperatures, stirring rates and retention times in the gastrointestinal tract and tissues. It is widely used for dissolution of various types of slow and controlled release formulations. Such as slow-release micro-pills, slow-release formulations with HPMC skeleton. It can also be used for release rate testing of floating agents, microspheres and chewing agents. One machine with two modes (USP3 method, USP7 method switching), one machine with two tests (two rows and two samples), one machine with multiple uses. It can run automatically for a long time according to the program when unattended, and the connection of sampler can automatically complete the sampling, which makes the efficiency and experience of human-machine interaction greatly improved.The design of RCWF-1 is in line with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, in line with the current USP3 method and USP7 method, and in line with the EP's performance index requirements for the reciprocating cartridge method.

Automated programmed operation:

The RCWF-1 can automatically transfer samples to customized test positions, has a deflectorized anti-volatility lid that opens and closes automatically, and can be programmed to run for long periods of time when unattended.

Flexible Programming

The RCWF-1 can be freely programmed with direct control of wetting time, draining time, reciprocation rate, reciprocation time, reciprocation stroke, sampling frequency, customized test positions, and movement between rows of dissolution cups. Single-row or double-row tests can be selected independently. The USP3 method and USP7 method can be freely switched. The open program facilitates drug development.

Dual Row Sample Position

The RCWF-1 is equipped with a double-row sample position, which allows simultaneous testing of up to 14 cups of samples, facilitating comparative testing of original and generic samples under the same conditions.

Flexible Sampling Points

The RCWF-1 is equipped with an elevation range that allows for full height positioning of the sampling needle.

RZQ-12P sampler is a new type of sampler newly developed by Tianda Tianfa, which is used in the dissolution instrument and reciprocating cylinder dissolution instrument produced by Tianda Tianfa to connect to form a dissolution sampling system with fast sampling speed and flexible programming to meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia of various countries on dissolution sampling and filtration time. To meet the data integrity requirements, it can be connected to Tenda Tianfa ADK-1 data integrity system management platform and LIMS system.
